I help early childhood programs strengthen daily practice, build staff confidence, and improve implementation. My background includes teaching, coaching, leadership development, inclusion support, trauma-responsive practice, and statewide implementation support. I have supported educators, administrators, and families across Michigan through training that strengthens daily routines and improves program-wide consistency.
